Kavanaugh Facing Unprecedented Opposition From Disability AdvocatesPeople Witiih Disabilities Urged to Contact Legislators to Urge a "NO" Vote on His Supreme Court Nomination

As the September Senate hearings on his nomination begin, Judge Brett Kavanaugh is facing unprecedented opposition from disability advocacy groups. Over 100 organizations wrote to members of the U.S. Senate asking them to oppose Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court citing his record on civil rights, health care, education and employment discrimination. They’re also urging people with disabilities and their allies to call, write or contact their senators on social media to urge them to vote against seating Kavanaugh.
