Bank of America’s Support Services team is an in-house marketing and fulfillment operation made up of 300 employees with intellectual disabilities, who support every major line of business within the enterprise. The group operates in Wilmington, Delaware; Belfast, Maine; Dallas, Texas; and now Boston, Massachusetts. The bank describes the program in a 65-page pdf that includes a useful addendum of questionnaires for agencies and potential employees themselves to focus the hiring and onboarding process for a mutually profitable long-term relationship.
