XtraGlobex’s new website makes use of Web 2.0 and 3.0 technologies

Tagging allows customized viewing

Philadelphia, PA, April 30, 2008 – XtraGlobex, a strategic business development firm, has launched a new web site http://www.xtraglobex.com that uses cutting edge Web 2.0 and 3.0 technologies to allow customization and localization of content. Visitors can filter site information based on their individual interests.

“Our new website makes use of exceptional accessibility; tagging, a key Web 2.0 technology; and microformats, a cutting edge Web 3.0 technology aimed at the emerging organization of the data on the web,” said Fady B. Sahhar, XtraGlobex Partner. “Customized viewing of our case studies, press releases, and news items via tagging, and localization via incorporation of microformats, illustrates intelligent use of emerging standards and cutting-edge design techniques. The web site positions XtraGlobex to be a force in the next generation of thinking.”

Launched in 2006, XtraGlobex emerged from the intersection of many paths—businessmen, marketers, consultants, designers and programmers. They united in their passion for a unique challenge: discover what it takes to help an organization reach its goals.

With a finger on the pulse of market trends and consumer desire and a grasp of established and emerging technologies, partners Sahhar and Michael Roytman started a firm dedicated to weaving solutions that are truly exceptional, and that impart a competitive advantage that can be sustained into the future.

Sahhar and Roytman together have almost 40 years of senior management and information technology experience. They established XtraGlobex as a leader in helping North American and global companies achieve breakthrough growth with market based innovative solutions and proprietary tools. The XtraGlobex advantage covers four tenets: Business Development, Communications, Globalization and E-Business.

XtraGlobex new clients include Magicpins.com, a leader in b2b e-commerce systems for distribution of prepaid wireless refills, and The Outreach Center, a non-profit organization that provides funding and support for children’s charities nationally. XtraGlobex designs and buys advertising and handles public relations for both clients.

“We focus on a broad range of talents and tools to more effectively create powerful, integrated solutions for clients who want to grow, who want to do something exceptional, who want have a long term vision by focusing on their customers through the intersection of strategy, e-business, and communications,” said Sahhar. “We bring a dedication to making success a reality, with an exceptional and sustainable competitive advantage. Our passion underscores everything we do.”

We all know the best brands are integrated! Ours is no exception. To that end, we are revamping everything over here at XtraGlobex headquarters. From new business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, down to our email signatures and fax coversheets, everything is evolving along with us. We’re working to distill our essence into key symbols and design elements, and it’s coming along so well! What that also means is that our site needs to evolve. Not only does the logo need updating and the other graphics refreshing, but we have new case studies to showcase, technology to implement, and staff to introduce! So be on the lookout for our evolved look and feel over the next few weeks. If you have any questions, of course, you can always get in touch!
