Fady Sahhar - Founding PartnerFady Sahhar brings over 30 years of senior management experience working with major multinational companies including Sara Lee, Mobil Oil, Tenneco Packaging, Pactiv, Progressive Insurance, Transitions Optical, PPG Industries and Essilor (France).

His corporate responsibilities included new product development, strategic planning, marketing management, and global sales. He has developed a number of global communications networks, launched products in over 45 countries, and managed a number of branded patented products.

Fady Sahhar brings over 30 years of senior management experience working with major multinational companies including Sara Lee, Mobil Oil, Tenneco Packaging, Pactiv, Progressive Insurance, Transitions Optical, PPG Industries and Essilor (France).

His corporate responsibilities included new product development, strategic planning, marketing management, and global sales. He has developed a number of global communications networks, launched products in over 45 countries, and managed a number of branded patented products. Fady’s consulting practice focuses on consumer products, pharmaceuticals, energy services and economic development strategies.

Fady holds an MBA in Marketing, and is a PhD candidate in Global Leadership and Economic Development. He teaches at the MBA level at a number of universities and conducts training seminars in global leadership, marketing management and business development. Fluent in French and Arabic.

Educated as a biologist at Bryn Mawr College, Sarah left microbiology to pursue a career in information technology. With over six years of experience in the field including user support, education, web design, team management, and system administration, Sarah is also a trained portrait artist and creative writer.

In addition to leading the creative team at XtraGlobex, Sarah brings her rigorous training to bear in business strategy, analytics, and technological development for our clients. She is an active participant in the emerging media community, and is a strong advocate of intelligent, authentic and savvy integration of new media into modern marketing efforts.

Sarah is a member of Mensa, and has lived in northern, southern, eastern, and western United States, as well as Scotland. She has native fluency in English, and is conversant in French and German.
